How to Prioritize Tasks Without Losing Your Mind
When everything is a priority, nothing is a priority. We've all had those days where the to-do list is longer than a CVS receipt, and you don't even know where to begin.
Prioritization is an art form. It’s about separating the "urgent" from the "important." Here’s how to do it with Quick-Time-Management.com (QTM).
1. The Power of Three
Each morning, choose three (and only three!) tasks that must be done by the end of the day. Put these at the top of your QTM task list. If you finish them, great—you can do more. But if you only do these three, your day is already a win.
2. Eat the Frog
The "frog" is that one task you’re dreading—the one that’s been sitting on your list for three days. Do it first. Use QTM's timer to track it. Once the frog is eaten, everything else will feel like a piece of cake.

3. Review and Reflect
At the end of the week, check your History in QTM. - Are you spending your time on high-impact tasks? - Or are you getting bogged down in low-priority "busy work"?

Use this data to pivot. Your time is your most valuable asset—spend it wisely!
Stop drowning in tasks. Start prioritizing with Quick-Time-Management.com.
